Post budget analysis by Lords Business School

By Sonali Pahuja

The Indian economy is poised to grow at the quickest pace among the league of large nations on the back of various initiatives taken by the government in Budget 2022-23, said the Finance Ministry's Monthly Economic Review. Budget session has always been interesting along with the most awaited discussion and statement release for every citizen.

To add to this, students of Lords School of Management participated in a discussion where issues such as, taxation, infrastructure, digitalisation were discussed at length with the faculty members.

The analysis

To be a part of this essential government statement, students discussed various issues pertaining to the Union Budget-2022 like Taxation, Education, Infrastructure, Railways, MSME, Digital India, Priority Sector lending and many more. The Post Budget discussion was later followed by the question-answers session and interaction where students came up with interesting queries which in turn stimulated further thinking among students.

The discussion ended with the thanks to all the students and faculty members concluding the budget as a balanced one for the individual and the corporate.

Brainstorming trend

Lords University is happy to be part of this positive trend! In line with our aim to imbibe advanced knowledge among students, stress on polishing inbuilt capacities of each individual is laid. Such sessions give students an ocean of opportunities to contribute and enrich their campus experience culturally and intellectually.
